AIAM Member, Orbitform, along with a group of investors, has acquired C & B Machinery in Brighton, Michigan as of August 17, 2020. C & B Machinery supports many industries, including automotive, aerospace, and hand tools with new, rebuilt, re-engineered, and retrofitted disc grinding metal removal equipment. We first started compiling content for this newsletter about six weeks ago. AIAM’s multi-client lobbying firm, McAlvey Merchant & Associates, rolled out the red carpet for AIAM’s first annual Legislative Day and Board of Director Meeting held on Wednesday, December 4th. The first part of the day took place in downtown Lansing where 40 AIAM members and board members – representing 29 companies – spent time meeting with 15 State Representatives and 14 State Senators.
