Danlaw Inc., based in Michigan, has purchased Maspatechnologies SL, a Barcelona Supercomputing Center spin-off. The acquisition strengthens Rapita Systems’ multicore verification capabilities and provides an end-to-end solution for analyzing and certifying next-generation multicore embedded avionics and automotive systems.
