DETROIT, Mich. – Five board members of the newly formed Aerospace Industry Association of Michigan (AIAM) will be featured as buyers at the Pure Michigan Aerospace Summit taking place tomorrow at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit. The five AIAM members were invited by the Michigan Economic Development Corporation to connect with potential suppliers and businesses interested in expanding into Michigan’s aerospace industry.
The companies being featured at the summit include:
- GE Aviation
- Pratt & Whitney
- RCO Aerospace
- Liebherr-Aerospace Saline, Inc.
“We are proud to have members of our board featured at this event to strengthen connections among our members and businesses in Michigan’s growing aerospace industry,” said Tony Vernaci, president and founder of AIAM. “The aerospace industry is a key part of our economy, supporting thousands of jobs and hundreds of millions of dollars in investment.
